Closed Back Shelf

If you intend to place items on shelving that will be frequently used, especially in a pre-school learning environment, adding backing to those shelves can provide useful protection for the walls behind. While young children are often encouraged to put things back from where they go them, the words ‘gently’ or ‘carefully’ are unlikely to have been fully grasped in terms of their meaning.
